Course on the Charism of the Pauline Family
As we continue our journey of the Course on Charism
of the Pauline Family our hearts are filled with joy and renewed commitment.
Our second stop in the shadow of the Church of the Divine Master has been
enriched by many meetings, contents and experiences. We have acquired a greater
knowledge of the Pauline Family through a continuous deepening of the writings
of our Founder Blessed James Alberione.
During this stage we deepened the Constitutions of
our Congregations and we also had a rich sharing with the Aggregated Institutes
of the Society of Saint Paul. In fact, their commitment and consecrated life
lived in the world, with its challenges and its joys, have been a beautiful and
convincing testimony for us and remains in our hearts the sign of a great love
for the Lord, the Church and this marvellous Pauline Family.
A nice novelty, in our itinerary, was the visit to
the General Government of the Society of Saint Paul, with the gift of visiting
the Chapel, Museum and the room of our beloved Founder Bl. Alberione.
In fact, walking on the same floor where Bl.
Alberione had walked, lived, prayed and ended his earthly life was an enriching
experience and an indescribable grace for all of us. We thank our coordinator
Sr Josefa and Fr. Valdir José de Castro, the Superior General, his Councilors
and the community of the Generalate for their fraternal hospitality and love.
